Off-the-shelf furniture almost never fits your exact wall, ceiling or plumbing. Built-to-order joinery uses every inch, matches your interior style, and lasts longer with proper hardware.
By default we use BWR (boiling-water resistant) ply for wardrobes and BWP (marine-grade) ply for kitchens due to moisture. HDMR/HDHMR is offered for shutter cores. We do not use MDF for load-bearing parts.
Hettich, Blum and Hafele for hinges, channels, drawer systems and tandem boxes. Handles from Doorset, Aristo or client’s preference. Written warranty passed on to the client.
After design & material approval: modular kitchen 25-35 days, wardrobe 18-25 days. Includes factory manufacturing + on-site installation.
Yes. Written warranty on hardware (10 years on Hettich/Blum), ply (as per manufacturer), and 1-year warranty on our workmanship for adjustments.
Yes. Design-only packages with detailed drawings and BOQ are available — charged separately.
Yes. Quartz / granite countertops, chimneys, hobs, sinks, faucets, tall-unit appliances — all supplied and installed with a single BOQ.
